DESCRIPTION:Students and instructors from throughout southwest North Dakota travel to Dickinson State University to compete in a day-long speech tournament hosted by the DSU Alumni Association. The winning student receives the Blue Hawk Speech Tournament scholarship funded by former professor, Dr. Winifred Stump-Delong.
